After carefully dismantling the existing asbestos cottage on the property a new architecturally designed, modern, four bedroom home was built in its place. As the residence was constructed on a steeply sloping site, the living spaces were designed to be on the upper level to maximise it’s unique viewing aspect of the city skyline.
