This project consisted of a complete renovation and extension to a three bedroom single storey bungalow into a two storey, five bedroom, three bathroom family home. The works included a large attic conversion that took up the footprint of the entire structure below. The front half of the house was kept traditional with ornate ceilings, lead-light windows and timber floors. The back half consisted of a more modern feel with shadow line ceilings, a new kitchen & bathroom, sharp lines and heated polished concrete floors. The front and back yards also underwent large landscaping works.
