Jeremy personally managed this project which involved major alterations and additions to the harbour side property on a sloping site. This finely detailed absolute waterfront residence comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shell grit terrazzo floors and bench tops, two large open plan living areas opening out to polished coloured concrete balconies via large bi-fold and sliding doors. The property also featured highly specified lighting throughout, complete steel famed windows & doors, a copper faced garage door and a curved copper roof. Built into sandstone, any excavated material was quarried on site and re-used to feature throughout the project. The property also featured a fully equipped attached granny flat and a separate creative studio with full beach and water views. This combined with showcase gardens leading down to a two bedroom cottage on the water make this property a truly amazing residence.
