About

Completed in early 2016, this project involved breathing new life into a dilapidated Paddington style terrace in the bustling area of Queen St. The property appeared to not have been touched in forty years and required a number of critical works to preserve and make it the comfortable home it is today.

The entire front elevation of the property was completely restored to match the original detail of the row of terraces it sits between. The front balcony which had been enclosed was restored back into an open space with period matched lace work and turned timber detail. One hundred plus years of paint was stripped from the walls and the tessellated tiles were carefully restored back to their original condition.
